Make More Music
Make More Music is not happening this semester (Fall 2021). We will hopefully resume in the Spring 2022 or Fall 2022. If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Peterik.
What is it?
Make More Music is an after-school program that meets on Wednesdays at Urbana Middle School. It is small group and individual music instruction that is provided by University of Illinois Music Education majors for students enrolled in band and strings. Students will work on some of their music from band or strings class, but will also learn other skills through jazz, pop and concert music. All students in 5th grade band or strings, as well as 6th grade students and 7th grade beginning students in band or strings are eligible to participate.
